Which print style should I choose?

Debossed, debossed with ink, embossed or flat print: what each looks like and when to choose it.

Your message can be pressed into the band, raised from it, or printed on it. Here's how the print styles compare.

What are the print styles?

Print style

What it looks like

Good for

Debossed

Pressed into the band, in the band's color

A subtle look and the lowest price

Debossed with ink

Pressed in, then filled with ink

Bold, long-lasting color (the design tool's default)

Embossed

Raised up from the band, with no ink

Inside messages (the default inside the band)

Flat print

Printed on the surface

Fine detail and QR codes

Flat Classic and Super Rush wristbands are flat printed. Classic, Ultra Thin, Wide, Ultra Wide and Die Cut wristbands are debossed, with or without ink.

Can I combine print styles?

Yes. For example, a flat-printed QR code can go on a debossed band. Ask in Design Notes. On silicone wristbands and on silicone and PVC keychains, combining two print styles adds a $20 fee.
