A design proof is a picture of your finished design that you approve before we make anything. Proofs are always free.
Will I get a proof?
Most orders: check the free Add Design Proof box (+$0.00) in your cart. It's off unless you check it.
These orders always get a proof automatically: orders with an uploaded logo or artwork, die cut wristbands, acrylic and PVC keychains, tote bags, and orders whose design notes change the design.
Can I see a proof before I order?
Yes. Design your item, go to checkout, and copy your cart number from the bottom of the page. It starts with WB-, and you don't need to enter any payment details to get it. Paste it in a chat with us, and a teammate will make your proof.
When will I get my proof?
Within 24 hours of your order, usually the same day. Look for an email that says "You have a design proof to review", and check your spam folder.
How do I approve or change my proof?
Open the email "You have a design proof to review".
Click Review Proof.
Approve it, or click Request Changes and tell us what to change. We'll send you a new proof.
Production starts after you approve. If we can't get the design right, you can cancel for a full refund.
Does my proof affect my delivery date?
Yes. Production waits for your approval, so a slow approval can delay your order. Approve your proof as soon as it looks right.
I ordered without a proof. Can I still get one?
If you ordered in the last 24 hours, contact us right away and a teammate will check whether a proof can still be added before production starts.
