How do I use the Order Tracker?
Enter your order number or your email address. Your order number starts with WB- and is in your order confirmation email. Ordered on Amazon? You can use your Amazon order number.
What will I see?
Your order's current status, your estimated delivery date, and your tracking number once your order ships.
What does "On hold" mean?
It usually means we're waiting on something from you, such as your proof approval, your artwork or your payment. Check your email, including your spam folder, for a message from us, or chat with us.
My order is late. What should I do?
Check the tracker for your tracking number and the carrier's latest update. If you set an Important Date and your order arrives after it, you're covered. See Can I guarantee delivery by my event?. Still need help? Chat with us and include your order number.
Can't find your order number?
Check your spam folder for the confirmation email, or search the tracker by your email address.
