Can I return my order?
Because Wristband Bros products are custom made to order, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. However, there are specific exceptions where we will provide a refund or replacement.
When Returns Are Accepted
Defective products — If products are materially flawed, the print/debossing quality is below reasonable expectations, or the final product doesn't match your approved design proof
Late delivery past your Important Date — If your order arrives after the Important Date you selected at checkout, you can return for a full refund or keep the items and receive a rush fee refund (if applicable)
Late Rush Shipping delivery — If your Rush Shipping order arrives after the delivery date shown at checkout, you're eligible for a refund of the rush shipping charge
Late Super Rush delivery — If your Super Rush order arrives after the delivery date shown at checkout, you're eligible for a full refund upon return of the items
What Is NOT Eligible for Return
Buyer's remorse — Returns are not accepted simply because you no longer want or need the items
Delays outside our control — Weather, disasters, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays do not qualify
Address or responsiveness issues — Delays caused by an incomplete address or slow proof approval do not qualify
Free Shipping delivery estimates — Free Shipping delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Use Rush Shipping, Super Rush, or the Important Date calendar if you need a guaranteed date
Return Window
You have 90 days from delivery to initiate a return. Requests after 90 days will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For qualifying returns, Wristband Bros covers return shipping. We'll provide a prepaid UPS label, with USPS and FedEx available as alternatives.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued after returned items are received by Wristband Bros. Refunds go back to your original payment method and take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. Once a design is confirmed or a proof is approved, changes cannot be guaranteed.
