If you are unhappy with your wristbands for any reason, you may qualify for a replacement or refund.

If you are unhappy with your product, you may qualify for a replacement or refund. Please take pictures of the items you received and send the photo(s) to team@wristbandbros.com. Include a description of why you are unsatisfied with the product and your order number. Our team will review your claim as soon as possible.
