You don't need an account to order: you can check out as a guest. With an account, you can see your order history, reorder and get back to designs you've saved.
How do I create an account?
Click Your Account at the top of our website, then Sign Up.
Enter your name, your email address and a password of at least 8 characters.
Click Create Account.
I've ordered before. Do I already have an account?
Yes. When you order or save a design with your email address, we set up an account for it. To use it, go to the login page, click Activate your account and enter that email address.
How do I log in, or reset my password?
Click Login at the top of our website, enter your email address and password, and click Log In. Forgot your password? Click Forgot your password? on the login page, enter your email address and click Reset Password.
Where are my saved designs?
To save a design, click Save For Later in the design tool and enter your email address.
To find it again, click Your Account, then Saved Designs, and log in if asked.
To pick up where you left off, click Resume on the design. It opens in the design tool, where you can change it or order it.
