What are the best file types (extensions) for my upload?

.ai, eps, or .pdf are preferred. Other file types also accepted.

Our designers have years of experience working with art files of all types. If you are not comfortable making changes to your artwork, or if you don't have experience in printing and are unsure of best practices, upload your artwork to us "as is." Our team will make sure your order gets produced correctly!

Here is a table of acceptable upload file types:

I'm about to send a non-preferred file...

That's fine by us! However, if you're not sending a vector file in one of our preferred file types, please ensure you send the highest quality alternative file you have.

Here is an example of a high quality alternative file, in this case a .png file:

Please note how the text and toad are in focus. The lines remain crisp even when viewed at a large size and zoomed in.

Here is an example of a poor quality png file:

Note the difference. This toad and phrase look blurry, especially the more you zoom in. This would not create a great print.
