How long will this issue delay my items?

If your order has been impacted, you will receive an email with your new expected delivery date.

We're expecting all major carriers to begin processing shipments again on Feb. 17th, 2020. Please keep in mind that this is a fluid situation and that date could shift.

We will continue to keep you updated to any changes via email.

I needed my items before my new delivery date and can no longer use them if delivered later. What are my options?

For customers who need their items before their updated delivery dates, the following options are available:

  1. Wristband Bros can switch your order to our Flat Classic option. This item is a Classic 1/2" wide band with a flat print. If you'd like to explore this option, please contact a representative.
  2. For customers who no longer need the items due to the unexpected delay, please contact a representative and request order cancellation.

I ordered Rush Shipping. Should I switch to Free Shipping?

Once the delivery carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) become active again, your items will still be shipped using our fastest express option. You will receive your items sooner using the rush shipping option.

If you'd like to downgrade to free shipping, please contact a representative as soon as possible.

Do items imported from China pose a health risk?

Please note: Wristband Bros are not experts on this subject matter. We are relying solely on the opinion of the Centers for Disease Control.

According to the Centers for Disease Control, currently there is no evidence to support the belief that imported items create a health risk.

An excerpt from the CDC:

There is still a lot that is unknown about the newly emerged 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) and how it spreads...Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of 2019-nCoV associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of 2019-nCoV in the United States associated with imported goods.
