How do I get a receipt?
After you order, we email you an order confirmation with your order number and total. Need a copy, or a formal receipt? Chat with us or email team@wristbandbros.com with your order number.
How do I get an invoice?
Paying by purchase order? We email your invoice after you approve your proof. See Can I use a Purchase Order for my items?.
Need an invoice for another order? Ask us with your order number or cart number.
Can I get your W-9?
Yes, on request. Email sales@wristbandbros.com or chat with us.
Do you fill out vendor forms?
If your school or organization needs us set up as a vendor, email the forms to sales@wristbandbros.com.
Is my organization tax exempt?
Upload your certificate at checkout. See Can I submit a tax exemption certificate?.
