Why is there a minimum quantity when adding an upload?

No. We currently don't offer this option.

Can the interior of the wristband be a different color than the exterior?

WristbandBros.com requires confirmation of your order prior to a digital production proof being made.

Can I get a digital design proof prior to ordering?

Can I order a camo wristband?

Yes! We have many multicolror options available.

Can I make a segmented or swirled multicolor wristband?

This is normal. We'll send you a proof prior to production.

Why can't I see my upload?

Yes! Select the free Digital Design Proof option in your cart.

Can I get a digital design proof for my approval?

.ai, eps, or .pdf are preferred. Other file types also accepted.

What are the best file types (extensions) for my upload?

Yes. Let us know the font in your design notes.

Can I use fonts not found on your site?

Yes! Use the design notes or ask our team for help.
